We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• Final sale items are not eligible for return
• Swimwear and intimates are non-returnable for hygiene reasons

How to Return

1. Email us at support@bestvalues.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions within 1–2 business days
3. Ship your item back using the provided instructions
4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. To get a different size or color, simply return your item and place a new order.
